Champagne and Oysters

3 days in the Champange region and I had oysters every day...mmmmm. As I suspected, I don't have the time or energy to properly post about the trip before I'm off on the next one, but in summary, we went to 5 champagne houses (Ruinart, Veuve-Clicquot, Lanson, Moet & Chandon and G.H.Martel), we had fantastic evening meals every night, and we averted paying for the side mirror that we damaged on the rental car as we pulled out of the Paris parking garage. I carted 7 bottles of wine home with me, and I'm still fending off (but not sucumbing) to this cold I've been battling for the past week.

I am really looking forward to that Costa Rican beach...
